Garcina: burns fat metabolism and reduces hunger. Extensively studied for over 30 years, found it to be effective in inhibiting lipogenesis, lowers cholesterol and fatty acids, increases the production of glycogen in the liver and suppresses appetite, plus encourages weight loss.
Guarana (Paulina Cupana): mainly used as a natural plant caffeine stimulant for energy. Also used as a weight loss aid (suppresses appetite and increases fat burning).
Kola Nut: used as a stimulant that decreases appetite and aids in the metabolism of fat.
