• Arouses the mind and refreshes the senses.
• Ingredient:  100% Pure Lemongrass Oil – originally from India and this perennial grass grows in foliage clumps and flourishes in warm, humid environments.
• Its smooth, creamy lemony scent is calming and absolutely great to include in blends (Lavender Oil & Frankincense).
• Shower & Bath – add a few drops to hot bath water or into shower steam.
• Massage a few drops per 1 ounce of carrier oil (coconut, EVO, jojoba, etc.) and apply a small amount directly to skin, joints and muscles.  Gently massage the oil into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
• Inhale the sweet smelling vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a diffuser, burner or small Crock Pot (add a cup of water), to fill a room with its scent.
